STEP 06) Apply lotion to the entire face, using your palms to gently press on the cheeks, forehead, chin, and neck.
STEP 07) Pat, pat, pat with your fingertips and palms around your face. Repeat 10 times. This helps absorption and gives a massaging effect.
STEP 08) Pump 4 to 6 drops of serum onto your hands and apply it to your face and neck.
STEP 09) Pat, pat, pat with your fingertips again to help absorption. Repeat around your face 10 times.
STEP 10) Light as a feather, use your fingertips to brush the cream across your face. This helps the skin absorb product and lock in the moisture.
STEP 11) The skin on your neck is thinner than your face and more prone to dehydration. Use two fingers to gently press the cream into your skin.
AHC Beauty Ritual - Sheet Masks
STEP 01) Back and shoulder muscles get tired easily. Stretch forward to release tension in these areas.
STEP 02) Stretch your neck by slowly looking up and down and side to side.
STEP 03) Unfold the mask and lay it on your face. Use your fingers to smooth out the air bubbles from the centre outward. Brush your neck area with the remaining essence from the package.
STEP 04) While the mask’s essence is sinking in, use your fingers or Q-tips to apply pressure around your face.
